These pages are operational drafts for the Melyro payment service. They should be reviewed with the legal identity, address, and governing jurisdiction of the business before production launch.
1. Service
Melyro sells digital song credits. Each credit permits the account owner to request one eligible full-song generation, subject to the product description and service availability shown at purchase.
2. Account ownership
You must sign in with Telegram so that a purchase can be assigned to the correct Melyro balance. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.
3. Prices and payment
The checkout displays the package, price, and currency before payment. Uzcard, Humo, Visa, and Mastercard payments are completed on OCTO’s hosted page. A redirect or browser message is not proof of payment; Melyro delivers credits only after OCTO independently confirms a successful status.
4. Delivery
Purchased credits are normally added shortly after payment confirmation. Duplicate notifications or page refreshes do not add duplicate credits. If confirmation is delayed, the order may remain pending while support verifies it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or misuse payment or refund processes.
6. Availability
Generated music depends on automated systems and third-party services. Melyro may pause service for security, maintenance, provider outages, or legal reasons. Where a generation fails before a credit is consumed, the application restores the reserved credit according to its recorded state.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the refund policy. Refunds are not automatic and may require verification of payment and credit usage.
8. Changes and contact
Melyro may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. For payment questions, contact @melyro_support.
