1. Seller and agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and the self-employed individual operating Melyro:

By confirming the checkout consent and purchasing, you confirm that you can legally enter this agreement and accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the refund policy.
2. Digital service
Melyro sells digital song credits. Each credit permits the account owner to request one eligible full-song generation under the package description shown at purchase. Credits are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except through an approved refund.
3. Accounts and user content
You must use your own Telegram account and keep it secure. You remain responsible for text, names, stories, recordings, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for that material and grant Melyro permission to process it solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
4. Prices and payment
The checkout shows the package, full price, and currency before payment. Uzbekistan methods are processed through WLCM and participating providers; Russian methods are processed through YooKassa. Provider availability may depend on your bank and location. A redirect, OTP response, or browser message alone is not proof of payment; credits are delivered only after an authenticated provider status confirms success.
5. Delivery and credit use
Purchased credits are normally added shortly after payment confirmation. Duplicate notifications do not add duplicate credits. A credit is reserved when full generation begins and consumed when the paid result is successfully delivered. If a qualifying generation fails before consumption, the system restores the reservation according to its recorded state.
6. AI-generated results
Lyrics, music, voices, pronunciation, and style are produced by automated systems and may contain errors, similarities, or unexpected results. Preview and generation controls let you review the creative direction, but a particular artistic or commercial outcome is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing or using it publicly and for complying with applicable third-party rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not submit or request unlawful, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or abuse payments, referrals, credits, refunds, or provider systems.
8. Availability and changes
Melyro may temporarily restrict the service for security, maintenance, provider outages, capacity, abuse prevention, or legal requirements. Package features and future prices may change prospectively; a completed purchase remains governed by the terms and package information accepted at that purchase.
9. Refunds and complaints
Song credits and generated songs are personalized digital services. Once purchased credits have been delivered to the user’s Melyro balance, the digital access purchased by the user has been provided. Once a user starts a generation, performance of that personalized service begins immediately at the user’s request. Refunds are therefore not provided after delivery merely because the user changed their mind or did not like a creative result.
A refund review remains available when Melyro’s technical fault prevents delivery of the purchased credits or paid generation and the entitlement was not restored, when a confirmed duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, or when applicable law requires a remedy. The complete process is stated in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is responsible for direct, proven loss caused by a breach of these terms, but not for indirect loss or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through support; mandatory rights to approach a competent authority or court remain unaffected. Contact @melyro_support or mavlik.exe@gmail.com.
