These pages are operational drafts for the Melyro payment service. They should be reviewed with the legal identity, address, and governing jurisdiction of the business before production launch.
1. Information we process
When you use this payment website, Melyro processes your Telegram account identifier and basic profile information supplied through Telegram Login. During checkout, we process the email address or phone number you provide for the fiscal receipt, along with order references, package details, payment amount, currency, status, and timestamps.
We also process limited technical information needed to protect the service, such as session cookies, request times, and security or failure events.
2. Card information
Melyro does not collect or store your card number, card security code, or one-time password. Card and OTP information is entered only on OCTO’s hosted payment page and is processed by OCTO and its banking partners.
3. Why we use information
- Authenticate the owner of the Melyro account.
- Create and verify payment orders.
- Add purchased song credits to the correct balance.
- Provide receipts, refunds, support, fraud prevention, and accounting.
- Comply with legal and payment-network obligations.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only as needed with Telegram for sign-in, OCTO and participating banks for payment processing, infrastructure providers that operate the service, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Payment and accounting records are kept only as long as required for service delivery, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and applicable law. Receipt contact details are sent to OCTO; Melyro stores only a one-way reference rather than the plaintext value in the payment order. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
