2. Information we process
We process Telegram identifiers, username, display name, language, referral activity, song requests, names and stories you submit, voice messages, generated lyrics and music, song-credit balances, and communications with support.
For purchases, we process order references, package, amount, currency, payment method, provider status, timestamps, receipt contact details where required, and refund or dispute information. We also process signed session cookies and limited security information such as request times, failures, and technical logs.
Please submit another person’s information only when you have a lawful reason and their permission where required. Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Card information
For UZCARD and HUMO payments, the card number, expiry date, and SMS confirmation code pass through Melyro’s encrypted payment endpoint only long enough to be forwarded to WLCM. Melyro does not persist these values in its database, cookies, analytics, or application logs. Hosted Click, Payme, and YooKassa credentials are entered on the payment provider’s page.
4. Why we process information
- Provide the bot, generate requested lyrics and music, and maintain your library and balance.
- Authenticate users, create and verify orders, deliver credits, and handle receipts and refunds.
- Provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, secure the service, and diagnose failures.
- Meet accounting, tax, payment-network, dispute, and other legal obligations.
5. Service providers and international processing
We disclose only the information needed for the relevant task to Telegram, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, WLCM, YooKassa, participating banks, Railway, and professional or public authorities where legally required. These services may process information outside Uzbekistan under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
Account, generation, payment, refund, and accounting records are retained only while needed to provide the service, protect legitimate interests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Records that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately. Receipt contact details are stored only as a one-way reference in the payment order. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies, and access to production systems is restricted.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction, restriction, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or deletion. You may also object to particular processing or complain to the competent authority. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
8. Children and changes
Melyro is not intended for independent purchases by children who cannot legally enter a contract. A parent or legal guardian should supervise such use. Material policy changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
